• Exterior Foundation Walls: 10” poured concrete 3000 PSI, approximately 8’ high

• Carpeting for Master bedroom, living room, study, stairs and whole second floor with the exception of bathrooms. Allowance of $22.00 per sq. yard includes carpet pad, material and labor.

• Tile is $7.00 per sq. ft. Includes underlayment,
materials and labor. Tiled areas to include bathroom floors. Kitchen back-splash at additional cost.

CLEANING

• All units will be professionally cleaned prior to closing

CHANGE ORDERS

• All change orders must be agreed to, signed, and paid for prior to the start of construction. Seller may refuse to make changes which interfere with construction schedule or structural integrity of home.
