HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BUILD MY HOME AT DEL RAY PLACE?

After you have full financial commitment and have made all your home selections, it takes about 24 weeks to complete your home.*

HOW MANY HOMES IN TOTAL WILL THERE BE?​

This elegant upscale neighborhood will feature a total of 26 residences including 15 detached homes.

HOW MANY FLOOR PLANS ARE AVAILABLE?

There is only one floor plan available. All townhouses offer first floor masters, office space and open concept living. Second floor offers 2nd bedroom and loft space with ample storage. These homes offer a deck or a patio for outdoor enjoyment and entertaining and full, unfinished basements.

Yes – a 1 year builder’s warranty. Buyers have the option to purchase an extended warranty through American Home Shield.

A non-binding reservation agreement with a $1000 reservation deposit is required when you select and reserve your home at Del Ray Place. At signing of purchase and sale, a 10% deposit (less initial reservation deposit) is required to move forward with the building of your home.
